All orders are shipped from our China warehouse. We offer free shipping to Europe and the United States, with no additional fees at checkout. Most other countries also qualify for free shipping—please contact us for details.

- United States: 10-15 business days
- Europe: 12-18 business days
- Other Countries: 10-20 business days
Note: Estimated delivery times may vary due to customs inspections, holidays, or other unforeseen delays. A tracking number will be provided via email once your order has been shipped.
Order Processing Time
- Standard Items: Shipped within 2-3 business days after payment confirmation.
- Custom Items: Require 5-7 business days for production, followed by 2-3 business days for shipping.
Customs & Import Fees
International orders may be subject to customs inspections and import duties or taxes. These charges are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend checking with your local customs office before placing an order.
2. Refund Policy
Your satisfaction is our priority. Refunds are available under the following conditions:
Refundable Situations
- Damaged or Defective Items: Eligible for a full refund.
- Incorrect Items: Eligible for a full refund.
- Non-Delivery: If the order does not arrive within 30 business days after shipment, a full refund can be requested.

- Damaged, defective, or incorrect items are eligible for return.
- Items must be returned in their original packaging, including all accessories and tags.
Non-Returnable Situations
- Items that have been used, modified, or damaged after delivery.

Return Request Process

- If approved, we will provide return instructions for shipping the item back to our China warehouse.
- Return Shipping Costs:
- If the return is due to our mistake (e.g., incorrect item shipped), we will cover the return shipping fees.
- Otherwise, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
- Once the returned item is received and inspected, refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days via PayPal.
Important Note:
Because ceramics are fragile, we recommend taking photos before returning the item. We are not responsible for damage that occurs during return transit.
4. Custom Items Policy
- Production Time for Custom Items: 5-7 business days, followed by standard processing and shipping times.
- Refund & Return Conditions for Custom Items:
- Only damaged, defective, or incorrect custom items are eligible for a refund or exchange.
- Due to the personalized nature of custom items, refunds and returns are not accepted for change-of-mind requests.
